What’s wrong ?

I can’t log in my Etsy shop for 3 days.  My shop and all items has gone.

no notification, no any warns …. I sent many emails to support, but no reply.

Even I can’t find phone number from the website.

Maybe they are waiting for Christmas

I just sell my designs,  diy kits , and felt materials.

I get 100% positive feedback.

I always pay billing on time.

But now , my account is deactivated,  even I can’t log in.

I’m going to crazy. I can’t contact with buyers, some transations have not completed.

I can not understand why it could deal with customers by such a way.
